At Malko Performing Arts Academy, we aim to provide high quality instruction for dancers of all ages. We know you’ll improve your dance ability, confidence, and above all, you’ll have fun! Our instructors are passionate about dancing and fully dedicated to sharing the experience with others. Whether you're looking for a brand new hobby, or looking to brush up on some long-lost dance moves, performing on stage, or reaching a competitive goal, your dancing needs will be met with Malko Performing Arts Academy.

We offer lessons for your style of dancing, whether it’s Social, Performance, Competitive, Dance Theater, or a first dance at your Wedding!

• Social - Learn to lead or follow dance figures and variations in different dance styles, giving you confidence on the social dance floor

• Performance - Learn unique choreography to a song of your choice to perform with your partner or dance instructor at showcases in the Sacramento area

• Competitive - For those who want to learn advanced technique, you'll get a high-intensity workout with an experienced instructor and compete in dance competitions in California or nationally

• Dance Theater - Join our once-a-year grand Dance Theater Production!

• Wedding - Whether it’s learning a few fancy moves or full-blown choreography, we can create a dance routine that will make your special dance all the more memorable for you and your guests!

We offer training in various dance programs including:

• International Standard and American Smooth: Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep

• International Latin and American Rhythm: Rumba, Cha cha, Samba, Jive, Bolero, and East Coast Swing

• Individual dance styles: Salsa, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, Merengue, Night Club Two Step, Hustle and more!

We teach dancers of all ages, from Kids (from 5 years) to Teens/Youth to Adults! You can learn in a group class with other dancers or individually with an instructor, or a combination of both. Check out our Services page to see all that we offer!
